Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.
Please send the return to 8 dusk St kenmore Qld 4069 and with a note on what you would like us to do ( swap or refund ).

If the return is due to a fault in the quality or due to an error on our behalf we will send you a return shipping label and cover the cost of the return shipping. Upon the arrival of the return back to us, you will be able to receive a refund or exchange for the item.
However, if the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect size ordered we are happy to supply a refund or exchange but the return shipping costs will need to be organised by yourself. Please refer to the size guide when placing an order to avoid any issues with incorrect sizing. If you are unclear or unsure about the sizing feel free to contact us and ask any questions you may have.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
